Tim Ho Wan must be the cheapest Michelin starred restaurant out there. The key to securing a table at this joint is to get there early, you'll probably be standing in the queue with everyone else but at least that way you'll be sure to get their famous barbecue pork buns and crystal prawn dumplings.
No, the service was not as exceptional as Aria, but everything about this place screams Hong Kong and the food was oh-so-delicious.
