Anouk is definitely ranked somewhere high up on my preferred brekkie places.
That morning we had baklava french toast with fried apple, rose syrup, yoghurt and pistachio walnut crumble ($15.80) and button, swiss, enochii, shiitake and spinach in garlic butter, sour dough and lemon ($15.50). The food were creative and very well presented. The flavours balanced perfectly with each other. Have I mentioned that they are extremely generous with their portions? (Check out my caramel latte (served in a bowl)).
Besides the fact that Anouk quite regularly changes its menu, it also has a simple yet unique decor. Fluffy lambskin, anyone?
