Escape to the Hunter Valley
Back in October, we took a trip to the Hunter Region. It was my first time there and I fell in love with the region almost immediately. There was something so serene about standing amongst the picturesque setting of rolling vineyards and seeing vine leaves gently waving in the wind. Most importantly, the food was great.
