Face
it, not every hotel restaurant does a great job at what they do, a
lot of them are just there to provide warm and comforting meals to
the hotel patrons during their stay.
Last
tuesday night, after meeting up with a girlfriend for coffee I wasn't
in the mood to cook, so the other bunny took me to Motion Bar &
Grill. A restaurant situated inside of the Marriott Hotel but also
spills out to an open outdoor deck area.
The
food was average and considering that we ordered a steak and a salad,
I didn't think the cooking process would have involved too much
difficulty.
Our
waitress was quite friendly, but we found the fact that two
waitresses were folding serviettes in front of us in the dining room
rather unprofessional.
On
a positive note, the meat-ageing cabinet and
the open kitchen are pretty cool and the food was well priced.
