Universal Studios | California USA
After
our breakfast at The Ivy, we caught a taxi around the corner at the
Four Seasons and told the driver where we were heading – the
Universal Studios.
The
drive felt like it took a long time (as I was overly excited about
getting to the destination) yet extremely pleasant. The driver drove
past numerous mansions with perfectly manicured lawns and pointed a
few that are owned by celebrities.
Universal
Studios has rides suitable for all ages. It's a big place, but if you
are determined like us, you can nail it in under four hours.
My
favourite attraction was definitely the Studio Tour which includes
the King Kong 360° 3D attraction.
We
got the three-day Southern California CityPass park hopping tickets
which included Universal Studios, 3 days of Disneyland and SeaWorld
Adventure Park all for $612, which included one Magic Morning that
allowed early entry into Disneyland. Personally, I think it was
pretty good value.
